Tylovet 20%

Composition per ml: 

1ml contains Tylosin (as tartrate) 200 mg.

Indication: 

Tylovet 20 %  is effective against infections caused by micro-organisms susceptible to tylosin, like respiratory infections in cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, poultry dogs and cats; dysentery Doyle in pigs; dysentery and arthritis caused by Mycoplasmas, mastitis and endometritis in cattle, sheep, goats and pigs.

Route of administration and dosage: 

For Intramuscular  or Subcutaneous injection

General dose of  1 ml per 20 kg body weight during 3 – 5 days.

Contraindication:

Do not administer to animals hypersensitive to tylosin

Do not use in laying hens

Cross-hypersensitivity to macrolides.

Side Effects:

Local irritation at the injection site may occur.

Withdrawal periods: 

Meat:8 days (Cattle), 4 days (Pigs, Poultry)

Milk: 4 days

Storage:

Store in a dry, dark place between 8 °C and 25 °C. Protect from light.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.
